Angela Naquin Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Angela manages all financial bookkeeping, pays all the bills and apportionments, and handles payroll, employee benefits, payroll taxes, 941s, and yearly tax statements for the church and the preschool. She also manages all contributions and sends quarterly/annual statements, records and maintains pledge information, and manages all designated accounts. Angela compiles the yearly budget and monitoring it monthly for the church, as well as, overseeing the staff purchasing process. She leads a Count Team that counts the weekly offering and updates the Contribution Ledger Book. The Director of Finance works with the Finance Committee, Board of Trustees, and the Senior Pastor by producing reports some weekly, monthly, and annually and attending meetings. Angela manage the church’s relationship with the bank, keep up with all bank accounts, and manage our online giving platform. She is responsible for all financial reporting throughout the fiscal year that is required by the Central Texas Methodist Conference.
Angela loves the local church, and has been involved in church finances, as well as, many other aspects of ministry for the last 25 years. She and her husband have been married for almost 25 years now, and have two young adult children and one teenager. She loves all of the sweet members here at FUMC Burleson, the amazing staff, and the vision of the church.
